1. Q. How can I trust you to provide me the service you are offering since I don't even know you?
A. The best encouragement I have to offer you is my 6 years of unalterable eBay feedback. I have been a seller for 6+ years, so there's a lot of feedback there that speaks for my service, my speed, my designing capabilities and most importantly, my integrity!
2. Q. I know I want a store designed, but I'm not sure I have all my specifics and information ready to get started just yet. If I win this auction can I wait a little while until I gather my information?
A. I have no problem waiting to begin your design if you need a little time to plan out any specific needs; I just ask that the auction be paid for promptly after winning. Please don't bid if you can not pay within a reasonable time frame (within 7 days, but soonest is always appreciated of course)
3. Q. Will I have ownership to my design?
A. You will have 100% ownership of any design I design for you. Other than showing your design in my portfolio and for examples of my work, I will not use nor sell your design to another person, ever. However, if your design has royalty free photo's used within the design you may have certain usage limitations on those specific photo's. For instance, iStockPhoto's does not allow their photos to be used as a persons personal logo without permission of it's original designer; as it brings into question who has true ownership to the design, the maker of the logo, or the person purchasing it. However, great news, if I have designed an image myself for you that is included in your design, you automatically have my permission to use it where ever and however many times you wish!
I do require that all of my designs (ebay store, auction template, website and web stores) have a Made To Be Unique, branding link or logo discretely placed at the bottom of the page at all times, unless stated and upon mutual agreement.
PLEASE NOTE: None of my designs are made to be resold, unless with specific permissions and upon mutual agreement. My custom designs are also meant to be Unique, meaning, not to be shown under more than one business or personal name. By bidding on my services you agree not to resale your design for personal gain (unless upon mutual agreement).
4. Q. What do I need to provide you to get started?
A. Pictures and any specifics requests you may have. If you do not have quality pictures that you would like me to use, then I would promptly refer you to iStockphotos for some wonderful royalty free photo’s you can purchase for using within your design. I can help you with this if needed.
5. Q. What is the normal time frame for you to complete a store design project?
A. The time it takes to finish a project varies from project to project and person to person. If our communication is very good and I'm able to get the look you want a reasonable time frame will be as such:
For flash package projects It normally takes me 3-4 weeks, possibly longer. Non Flash projects normally 2-3 weeks. I will try to have a sample to show you within the first week if at all possible. There are some instances that I may be delayed but I will be in constant communication with you so you are reassured I'm still "on the job".
My passion is to provide you quality before speed but be assured, if you take a look at my extensive feedback history, I'm not the type of person that likes to have my customers waiting on me at all.

6. Q. Will I still be able to use Turbo Lister or Auctiva?
A. Absolutely! I provide easy to use instructions for all my templates that apply to selling directly on eBay. If your lister accepts html code within the description, then you will be able to my templates. Currently, I do not know of a single lister that doesn’t accept html, especially if they want to keep up with “the Jones’s”, but you can call your lister's support line to be sure.
7. Q. Can I add my own Logo to your designs?
A. Absolutely, just email it to me in the best quality and size possible and I’ll be sure to add it to your design wherever desired. AI and EPS files are the most preferred logo files.
8. Q. I’m not exactly sure what kind of design I want. Can you provide me some recommendations?
A. I would love to! I have more recommendations to give than you’ll probably want to hear... Just kidding. But really, I would love to help any way I can, and I have tons of great ideas to get your design off to a great start! Just let me know what you sell primarily and I’ll let you know what designs might work best for you!
9. Q. Can you give me a sample of what my store might look like prior to bidding?
A. Sorry, but there is a lot of time involved in samples. I provide samples to my paying customers only. Please review my portfolio to see my skills, and then my feedback to review my speed and my integrity. Thanks!
10. Q. I’m not sure what package to purchase. Can you give me a recommendation?
A. I’m only an email away. You would think I’d recommend my highest cost package, but this is not the case for everyone. For instance, I do not recommend flash for all of my customers (just most of them, heh..) I understand what it’s like to be on a tight budget, so I will give you my honest opinion as to what might suit your specific needs best.
11. Q. Do you accept any other forms of payment other than paypal?

12. Q. Do you accept partial payments?
A. Yes, Please bear in mind though that the project will not be completed until after the final payment has been made. I do not take remaining payments after the project is completed, but rather in the middle. If you are on a budget and need to time it out accordingly, just let me know, I'm pretty flexible. Please email me to make payment arrangements if interested.
13. Q. Can I call you directly to go over ideas, questions and information?
A. Yes, but please keep in mind I work from home and have two small children that tend to increase their volume oddly enough when the phone rings. It is best to plan calls so that I can be sure my children are nicely distracted at that time. Otherwise, I try to stick to email as much as possible. Please email me first if you would like to converse by phone so I can arrange a good time for speaking, so there’s less distractions likely to happen. Thanks!

15. Q. Does the amount of photos I use affect the time it takes for the flash to upload?
A. Yes, the flash size depends mostly on the pictures and not the animation. The animations add very little upload time. If you want a shorter upload time for your customers, use fewer pictures. For many people the additional pictures will not make a difference because they might have good video cards, memory or an excellent internet speed; but some people with lower memory/video cards and slower internet speeds might show an obvious difference in uploading time.
16. Q. Do I give you my eBay password and everything is set up for me? Or is everything emailed and instructions provided?
A. I can do either. Which ever you’re most comfortable with! If you’re comfortable with me and don’t want to hassle with what goes where, then I would gladly go into your eBay account and put the design in myself. However, if you’re uneasy about me accessing your eBay account, I understand completely and would gladly give you instructions so you can do it yourself.
17. Q. Can I bid on the active listing, pay in advance for the work and submit my ideas at a later time? In case, I can get a better deal now.
A. If you pay in full at the time of purchase I would be happy to wait until you’re ready. Bidding sooner is better than later as I plan to raise my prices as soon as possible. My objective is like most everyone’s; work less and get paid more. I would love to spend more time with my children regardless of my love and addiction for design!
18. Q. Do you offer Money-Back Guarantees?
A. Regarding Customer Satisfaction: I keep designing until a customer can't wait to show it off. However, for the sake of trust and confidence, if you are not completely satisfied with your design I will gladly refund you 100%. However 100% of the design (except for any personal logo’s) will belong to me, to be sold as a pre-made package to another interested customer. By purchasing my services you agree that if I do refund you, the pictures you may have provided for your design will now belong to me to resell in one of my pre-made store designs (so that my time is paid for at some point in time at least).
- Refunds are void after a customer has given their final approval and has received their design or template code. Any use of my designs after a refund has been issued is considered a copyright theft. Please consider the time I put into my designs, if you like my designs and want to use them, please don’t abuse my money back guarantee offer. Thank you kindly.
19. Do you host images or web pages?
Yes, I would be happy to, but I'll be honest with you, I have no idea what's in my future and if God plans to take me home someday soon... Neither does any other web designing company, so if you want to be assured that you'll have your designs tomorrow and the next day and the next, without fear of me falling off the face of this earth, then I strongly suggest you host your own images and pages. But again, I would be happy to if you would like me to, as it saves me a LOT of extra work. Be warned, this is most likely the reason why you see other web designers boasting that they'll HOST for free (it's so much easier that way). ;)
